I don't even know where to start with this place. I've lived in the area for going on 3 years now and this place has never improved itself. I'll start with the prices. This place absolutely gouges your wallet with the lowest price you can do a wash being $4.75. After you've washed your clothes, you'll realize that it does nothing to actually get all the water out of the clothes. They're soaked, and still have detergent on them more often than not. Also it doesn't wash with hot water no matter what you set it at. For drying, it's $2.50 for 20 minutes which is not enough. The price increases to add time do not add up consistently between each machine. Sometimes $4 makes it 30 minutes and sometimes it makes it 52 minutes. And even then, you're lucky if it dries everything fully. One thing I found out also is that there is no way to cancel a purchase. If you realize that you don't want to pay or only want to do a half load in the heat of the moment but you already swiped your card, well say goodbye to your money because you can't get it back. Bottom line is this place hikes up the prices, baits and switches you for what options it gives you to do laundry, has inconsistent pricing and timers and ultimately doesn't even get your clothes clean. To the owner and operators. You need to get this place fixed up and stop taking advantage of all the people around that just want clean clothes.

Costs me about $9 and an hour to take care of two weeks worth of laundry. Dryers were replaced last October. Every time there has been an issue card reader not working, machine leaking I have been able to reach their customer service number and the issue has been resolved.

I have to echo what others are saying that this is the best among the options local to these neighborhoods, which is to say that it is consistently open and not much more. Washing machines are fine but very expensive at $4-6 per wash, with the largest not being much bigger than a good home machine; the dryers are a little more economical but way worse, leaving a lot of clothes damp even with a few charges of extra time added. The laundromat is always dirty but never quite as abhorrent as it's competitors are. To the owner; even with the metaphorical bar on the floor, please improve the cleanliness and reliability.

I have a question. Does it have a coin generating machine for quarters if you like put in cash?

Was greeted by a friendly mouse upon arrival. This mouse was not afraid of humans whatsoever; it came right up and touched my shoe. Floors are filthy. Machines are decent but overpriced, especially considering there are rodents. Shame on the owners!

Every time I've gone half the machines are broken, but it's different machines each time. The prices are also exorbitant, they take full advantage that buildings in the area don't have washing machines in the building. A load in a small washer is $4.50 while a medium washer is $5.50. Dryers are $2.75 for 40 minutes and each additional quarter only buys you 4 minutes. The only reason I have used it is because it's the only one within walking distance. I'll give them an extra star since they take credit/debit cards, but even then you may be double charged so check your statements.

I have been to this laundry mat 4 or 5 times and at least 3x I have had trouble with the dryers, the trouble being of them not drying in under an hr. This time I got a free 28 min dryer and put it on for another 40 min let it go and still had to change dryers to finish for another 40 min cycle, put 10 min additional on at the 15 min mark let it go and still not dry. I had to pull my stuff out to hang dry at my house. I do not recommend this place unless you have no choice at all.

I've had several machines take my money and not work, either not drying or not running. Currently, fewer than half of the dryers are working, so they're pretty much constantly being used.

I used 3 washers, but none of them worked properly. Some of my clothes were even still dry. The dryers worked just fine though.

This laundromat is convenient. Machines are new and always working.
