Broadway's Best Pizza

Can't really give more starts because it was my first visit. I was walking around S. Boston and was wanting pizza. I found several places but this one fit the bill.. Service was good and the slice I had was ok. Maybe if I had tried the other places too I could give a different review. Overall, not bad. I would return..

This place should have more stars! I ordered large spicy buffalo wings that were delicious, flavorful and hot, and a good portion for ~2 people. Also ordered a small Mediterranean pizza that was very tasty, good thin slices. Will definitely be ordering from here again, pickup order was ready in 30mins.

I've eaten here twice in the last three weeks & was please with the value amount & fresh quality i received for my $ worth. They're very hard working people & they are generous with their portions. Best place to eat on the block!

So I never had a bad order from Broadway’s Best until today. I placed my order using Slice at 7:15pm. I didn’t get my PIZZA until an hour later- A PIZZA. That took an hour. This place is up the street smh. Honestly the time would have been fine, I can wait BUT the pizza was COLD. Sure I can microwave it but I spent $30 so I don’t think I should be getting a cold pizza in the first place. I called the restaurant and I was put on hold so the guy can “talk to his manager” guy comes back says to call Slice and dispute it with them and they’ll refund me he promptly hangs up. Ok, so I call Slice and explain what happened. Slice puts me on hold to call the restaurant. 2 minutes pass the agent from Slice says the restaurant is refusing to refund the order so they can’t do anything about it either. Weird right. Obviously Broadway’s Best is aware of this arrangement which is why they suggested it too me so assuringly. They know Slice can’t refund me unless they do… Awesome business ethic guys. Slow clap for you. So I told the agent make my tip 0 because I’m not tipping this establishment that has no interest in helping me. I’m all set with Broadway's Best and Slice for that matter.

I normally always buy from Broadway's best And it gets delivered right to me Somewhere in the past 2 weeks which would make it About the 2nd to the 3rd week of October 2022 There was an order placed for this address where I live And a delivery driver for Broadway's best was held up The people never came downstairs to get the order to low life low life young individuals individuals came from and back at a Courtyard Courtyard and rob the delivery delivery driver what a Shane now my address Is locked out because of the scumbag Not very happy We never had this trouble before Now that there are new tenants major issues.

For some reason they decided that where I live isn't part of their route and would double the delivery fee. Food is excellent, service isn't good

Steak and cheese sub was great! They give a ton of buffalo wings in their wing orders.

The owners, are very friendly, the food is cooked to order and very fresh, and Delicious

called at 8pm. 45 min for delivery. called again at 9pm. told it would be here in 15 minutes. almost two hours after initial order, no one will answer phone and no sign of delivery in site. card charged. total scam. do not recommend how is the influx of orders from the parade my problem? that’s a business problem edit: 2 hours later. food cold. no one answered the phone from 45 min until delivery. then said sorry we’re super busy sunday night. i don’t even care about the wait but now 2 hours later and food’s come. delivery driver couldn’t speak english to even explain hold up edit 2: love their excuse for terrible service! not even an apology. also hung up on me when i called back but immediately respond on google. you know their ethics are very poor with this type of behavior

If they get your order right, the food is pretty good! But I've ordered from them multiple times, and they mess up my order more often than getting it right buffalo chicken pizza instead of calzone, forgetting toppings, etc. Which happens, not a big deal. But recently, I ordered a large meal for multiple people and one of the items was waffle fries. Apparently they were out according to Slice app support, so they swapped my waffle fries with curly fries. I understand if you're out of an item, no problem. But please don't give me a different item and charge me for it. Requested a refund and was denied because "they are the same just different type of fries". I was denied a refund because they decided to change my order without permission, which to me is pretty bad customer service.
