The care that goes into the prep, the fresh off the griddle real egg, the perfect bite every time - and the gems that work there…just the best. I’ve been here numerous times, Ethel and Andy do not disappoint! They have one of the best breakfast sandwiches in Southie. I get no cheese but it’s still amazing!

Not a great egg sandwich! One egg with a little cheese on a hamburger roll for 8 dollars! If locals think that's a great deal, too bad.

Ordered two dogs and Onion Rings. Cooked and served hot and I was out the door in five minutes. Definitely recommend Ethel and Andy's.

Great bagels great people great sandwiches. To get that griddle hot by 430 means those guys must not sleep. Bless them for their 430 A M sandwiches Been three years since this review haven't had a bad sandwich since. Bacon egg cheese English muffin. Not easy to cook it so the yolk is just barely set but still creamy in the middle even after it is bagged up. That takes precision and practice. You hear stories of Michelin starred chefs being unable to make great takeout food and I have had eggs prepared at fancy restaurants that weren't as good as Robert's. The man is an artist.

This is my new fav deli in the city. Great breakfast sandwiches and coffee, had a chicken cutlet sub that was excellent! Always clean and fresh food, nice family run place. Love how they open at 4:30 am to support all the early AM workers.
