Broker One Real Estate

I wouldn't buy from this company. They tell you you have a 5 year structural warranty and then when something goes wrong they won't answer your calls they Ignore your calls and do nothing about it.

I recently purchased a home through BrokerOne Real Estate. They worked with me each step of the way: from providing me with the information needed to get my credit score up, to showing me houses, all the way through closing...and beyond with their Home Warranty program. Everyone was amazing! And thank you to my agent, Gary Bryan, for sticking with me until I FINALLY made a decision!

I am currently working with the Michele Trost-Hall Team on purchasing a home in Casper. Usually a Realtor will send you to meet with a Bank all on your own to find your own home loan before helping you with the purchasing process. Michele and her team have referred me to a credit repair specialist who has been working with me since day one on advising me on exactly what I need to do to repair my credit. They have kept in touch with me along the way to make sure that the process has been going smoothly and that I am happy with these services. I went under contract last month on my first home and I couldn't be more excited!! I am purchasing a new construction home, and so far the process has been wonderful! I can't thank Michele and her team enough for the help and support!

I am starting a small business in the Casper area with a close friend. We are lucky enough to have secured some funding and are looking to expand. When I reached out to Remax I expected to have, if nothing else, no luck finding the small warehouse we needed. Instead I had a conversation with one of Remax's realtors, Jerry Ressler. I will let the posted conversation explain how I was treated, but I would like to say that this is not how a small business owner should be treated. Since I had this conversation I have tried to reach out to over HALF of the Remax team, including Charlie Shopp, and have received no response. Is this how Casper treats people who want to develop and keep their businesses IN Casper?
