The manager was nice, the offices on the other hand were always rude to my roommate and i, and it seems their only interest is money. Everything is a constant struggle and it is very safe to say that I will never go rent from them again. Awful.

I am writing in for the SECOND time to say what a great experience I had with this company. For some reason my first review didn't get printed!! Finding a place to live is so nerve wracking! The people were very patient with me showing me apartments. I decided on one apartment and I went back to look at it four times - I was so excited. It didn't bother them a bit to show it to me over and over. The office was so helpful. They were always friendly when I went in to the office and visited with me each time. I really think they are a great company!

I am finally done with this company and the owner of our property "Hub" from Wheatland Wyoming! Our apartment was spotless and yet Hub charged us $66 to replace the light bulbs in the living room. He wanted so badly to nickle and dime us.

This company is a poorly run property management company. They advertise a price for rent, and advertise that you can pay rent online, but if you pay online it adds a $14 service fee. The only way to pay for rent without getting charged extra is to pay with a money order or cashiers check. Which if you are a busy college student or worker, is a hassle each month to go get. Also, one of their maintenance people came to do some work on the apartment at 9am, a reasonable hour if I had been given a notice. My wife and I were still in bed and somebody knocked on the door and didn't even give me enough time to get dressed and answer the door before he just let himself into our apartment. Again, we had no warning of this man coming over. If you can find somewhere else, do it. These people are goons who don't care about their customers.

I rented from them for 3 years. It was a constant struggle. Once, we over paid by $0.33, and they didn't say anything. But you can bet they call and threatened me with a late charge the next month when we underpaid by $0.67 (we were splitting it 3 ways). I had to get a money order for $0.67! They're always rude, mean, and very difficult to work with. I'll never rent from them again.
