I highly recommend Rhonda at REMAX in Laramie, WY. She was very thorough and a great communicator through the entire process. I felt like the entire team (Kelly and another gal who actually entertained my kids while I signed paperwork!) worked together to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

We rented a townhouse that was in disrepair. Upon an agreement reached by us, her real estate business and the owners in New York we would tear up the carpet, clean the entire townhouse and make do any maintenance repairs. Any purchase made by us were to be reimbursed to us by her business and the owners. The carpet was suppose to be replaced in a timely manner, after a year of nothing we made the decision to leave the townhouse. It has now been so long without any reimbursement. I would not rent from this 'property management' company. They twist and lie about any agreements that were made.

Far and away the worst experience I've ever had renting. Kelly is rude and unprofessional, and her property manager Eric is even worse. Such high turnover on their office staff that I think I paid rent to someone different every single time I went in (but I don't blame people for not wanting to work there). Do yourself a favor and rent ANYWHERE else.

We rented a duplex through remax. Kelly is the main person you deal with and she was consistently rude every time we were in there. I have seen her be extremely rude to other people too, to the point where I feel bad for them! I'm not exaggerating when I say every time I had a question, she would not even let me get it out before she would interrupt and be completely rude at the same time. Rude people usually do not bother me, but I have never meant anyone who rude every time I had interaction with her! Not to mention their turnover rate is so high and no one ever knows what is going on. They have to wait to talk to Kelly, then that takes days to get back to you. I think if you own a home and want to rent it out... Do not go through remax!!! My neighbors who were on the other side of the duplex felt the same way. To the point where they want to move because they hate dealing with remax! Don't rent from remax! It's not worth the hassle!
