Brookdale University Hospital & Medical Center

One of the Worst hospitals in the city, I wouldn't even let my worst enemy come to this hospital. I've been here a handful of times throughout a 10 year span and believe me avoid it take the extra time to go to another hospital no matter the pain you are in staff and doctors are horrible

February 13,2021. Didn't give it. 5 star waiting for to finish here. Er room the staff are strict but communicate. 9th flr staff are very nice. My father desire some coffee the nurse bought it to him . The nurses on the 9th flr 10 thumbs up.

In facilitating my speedy recovery, I just want to thank the entire staff for their dedication. I am highly impressed with the respect and dignity with which the medical staff treated me during my stay.

One of the worst hospital I been to ..... A lack of empathy and professionalism, staff is full of attitude. Don’t ever try to ask question because they’ll totally ignore. It’s their way or the highway. They do not value or care about the patient input or family input. If I could give less than one star I would.
