I've gone to this place multiple times and every time I've had a pleasurable experience. Yesterday, from checking in to getting the results of my exam was smooth and easy. The optometrist was informative, professional and funny, all of which made me relax. Having these kinds of procedures done can make some feel anxious. Whether you are that person or the one who is always relaxed, I'd recommend getting your eye exam here!
If you can, go to a different Costco. We have been patients of this practice for 4 years. My mom has always been gracious enough to take my daughter to her annual eye appointments . I had a baby in 2020, my mom again to the rescue. She provides childcare for my baby. We had an appointment this week and my mom being the childcare provided for my son had to take him. They were refused an exam due to the fact that my mom had the baby and they would not allow the baby into the exam room. They would not allow my 15 year old daughter to go into the exam room by herself. I checked the COVID protocol on the Costco website nowhere does it indicate that a child under 2 cannot come into exams. I called another Costco close by, and they said it was totally fine. All I can say if you are a single parent with multiple kids this is not the eye doctor for you.
I recently went to Brookhaven Eye Care and had a great experience with Dr. Miranda. She was very helpful and straightforward and gave me some great advice about improper eye care habits I had been subjecting myself to. The entire visit was efficient and friendly, and I definitely plan to revisit again.
The closest optometrist office near me. I’ve been here twice & I really Loved the customer service here, very nice & patient with me . Melissa and Shar were excellent with getting me in and out during my hour lunch break. Also Dr.Hsu was such an angel !! If i could rate 10 stars I would , definitely will be informing my friends and family about this location. Thank you guys so much !!
I went in and they refused to give me the correct prescription one eye needed a stronger prescription and they believed that having different ones in each eye would be "too difficult" for me. I had to force her to recheck my eyes and I continuously told her one was still blurry. She then told me they were different. They were all very unprofessional and unhelpful. They could not find my insurance either, so I had to wait a while for them to figure that out
This is for the clinic inside Costco in Brookhaven. I went in because of the sign outside that said "Eye exams $99 Contact Exams $159". That was the sole pricing structure. I had my eyes examined, the optometrist expressed concern over something that does not affect my vision and there is no reason to be alarmed, nothing to do about it. Had my vision tested, went out to pay my $99. Only it was $228. Because somehow, it was "Medical Exam" because of the concern she expressed, and they had used a puffer machine. Just like every other exam I have had everywhere else, at no charge. I expressed my disappointment and shock, nothing was done. I have been to many eye exam locations in the past 50 years, NEVER has this happened. they would not budge on pricing, even thouh it was posted NOWHERE that an extra charge would be added. I will never go there again, and I suggest that you never go there.
Ask for Aida Alvarez. She is great. My glasses were fitted incorrectly by a man there. She gave A new frame and glasses at NC and fitted my prescription correctly for reading and distance. She made sure it was right. I am happy.
We had an issue with the insurance coverage, both of the people I had to talk to had really bad attitude, literally yelling to me on the phone, I was so shocked. Definitely will not go back.
Staff was courteous and professional. I was in and out rather quickly and Dr. Miranda was informative and sweet.
Had a very bad experience thereAlpharetta location! If you don’t want to waist your time and money find another provider!
