There's such a wide selection of chains and charms, you can easily spend hours looking through everything. It's great to be able to customize jewelry on the spot, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality. An added bonus is that if something you buy breaks, they are very helpful in trying to repair the item.

I always bring friends who are visiting from out of town to Brooklyn Charm. I think it's a great way to make a memorable souvenir and they love it! The staff are always pleasant and helpful in answering any questions. I love that they can engrave anything right away. Always a great experience!

This place is amazing! The attendants are kind, charming no pun intended and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the craft and their selection is pretty decently varied to fit a lot of tastes.

Great variety and super nice and knowledge staff! I needed a new link on an older necklace and not only did they give it to me for free, they replaced the broken one at no charge! I'll definitely be back!

Not for anyone who makes their own jewelry because the prices are really high but it's nice for someone who just wants to have a custom necklace made for them!
