Least helpful person I’ve ever met.

The owner is so impolite and 0% helpful. The sign on the door said "open", door was closed: I knocked and stayed outside like 10 mins, then I knocked really hard and the dude showed up, annoyed and he asked me what I wanted before letting me in. This guy is never gonna see me again.

Great customer service, awesome place for the Fix-Yourselves types. Keep up the great work!

I've gone multiple times to have keys made, and service is always fast. Prices are good and it's well-organized. Not always open when I want it to be, though.

A solid neighborhood store, with a good selection and well-organized shelves. The staff is helpful in locating what you are looking for, and suggesting solutions to problems. The best hardware store in the neighborhood by far.

Highly recommended local hardware & locksmith service in the area. been at the store a few times and use them to change my front door lock.
