Brooklyn Mitsubishi

I LOVE Brooklyn Mitsubishi. My sales person was frank and he was AMAZING!!! No lie I went in not even expecting to walk out of there with a car but they made it happen 🤗. Frank was nice to my mom, son and niece. He showed us many different options and what would be suitable for us. Everyone at Brooklyn Mitsubishi was awesome.. I would recommend everyone to go there!!

I was having a bad day. I was planing on going to trade my car and my car died on me as i was about to leave. I took a cab to the dealership and from the moment I stepped out of the cab Salesperson Mendez was great and sympathetic. Between Mendez and George being so polite offering Pizza coffee water they made what started as a bad day into a really good one. At the end of the day I left with a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage and I could not be happier. I've been to dealerships in the past that they treat you as a number a walking bank account but here at Brooklyn Mitsubishi they treat you like a HUMAN and that is the best feeling ever. I am so happy with the experience overall. My mother in law bought her car from them a year ago and she recommend I try them and I am so glad I did. I love my car and my children love it as well. My Whole Experience was beyond great. I stopped by yesterday and Mendez helped me set up my Android Auto and that was another great help. Wonderful environment and wonderful staff. Jonathan should be proud of all of his employees.

So being that this was my first car ever, anyone can sense my nerves walking into the dealership. I didn’t want to get jerked and taken advantage of. Luckily, I had the pleasure of working with Dominique. When I tell you AMAZING!!! She soothed my nerves, asked me every one of my likes and dislikes and got to know a little bit about my day to day to find the perfect model that best suits me. She was able to negotiate great deals that didn’t burn a hole in my pocket. This is top notch service. If you are ever looking for a vehicle, Dominique is your girl. You won’t be sorry, trust me!

I had a great experience at Brooklyn Mitsubishi! The whole experience was very easy going and everyone was very friendly and courteous. My salesman Erick helped get me through the process of buying my car quickly and was very attentive and always checking in on us. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to view and test drive the vehicles even in the city. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have been through!
