Amazing amazing place. They got me the bike I wanted (Honda Rebel 2016) at the lowest price I could find after looking for a few weeks and Mike C. was there helping me every step of the way. They’re friendly, super knowledgeable (this was my first bike), and professional. They stayed late to accommodate me and help me ride off in my brand new bike. I also had help picking out a helmet and phone holder which was very convenient. Highly recommend them. It’s a one-stop-shop of greatness!!

Bought my Rebel here last week and I have to say Cross Bay was great. I price shopped for several weeks looking for a particular bike and knew what I wanted to pay. I was ready to negotiate but didn't need to because a Cross Bay manager stepped up and offered an amazing deal. The experience of buying a bike was smooth with an efficient, smart customer service team. Enjoyed working with the Parts Team on the second floor. They were very knowledgeable and their selection was huge. They didn't have the jacket I wanted in stock, so they ordered it and I picked it up in a couple of days. Very fast. Will go back when i'm ready to upgrade my bike. Highly Recommend.

Just got a bike from Crossbay w Mike. He was straightforward and had no intention of wasting my time. I was coming from out of state so I needed to make sure my time wouldn't be wasted and he delivered as promised. Numbers didn't change as we got to the bottom line. Very good business. Would highly recommend to anyone in the east coast.

First Bike i bought and glad it was from here. Mike helped me out, he was very informative and straight forward. helped me pick an awesome bike and at a great price. Sal helped with the financing and he definitely knows what he’s doing. Got me approved in minutes and within my budget. Over all great staff. I had been to other dealers and these guys were definitely the best

Jimmy took great care of me as I traded in my old bike and got a new Honda.
