New York Motorcycle

I purchased a 2017 Ninja 650 recently. Jack DeCarlo gave me a great deal and the entire transaction went as planned. When the color I wanted wasn’t in stock, he traveled a considerable distance to get the bike I requested rather than try to talk me into something different. The staff delivered the motorcycle to my home as promised in perfect shape. A real pleasure to do business with these guys.

This is my third purchase of a new motorcycle and the best experience Ive ever had. Arnold was very helpful and made my purchase experience very smooth and quick. He answerd all my questions and was very knowledgeable on motorcycles. I’ll definitely be going back for any future purchases great overall experience I recommend this dealership for all your motorcycle needs.

I really wanted to reserve judgement but my experience has been less than positive. I really hope that I’m an exception because this is far from what I was hoping for from a first motorcycle purchase. I was under the impression that my motorcycle was inspected for safety in accordance with DOT standards before I was allowed to leave the shop with the bike. Long story short there was an issue with a key component, the front brakes (as well as other missing parts). They were not installed correctly and this isn’t safe at all. I made my concerns known to the sales person that worked with me and all he could say was sorry and discharge blame to the person who assembled the motorcycle. He also tried to blame me for leaving and not knowing the breaks weren’t assembled properly. No steps were taken to make me confident in my purchase and I am not a happy customer and would not reccomend anyone to buy from this place. Your not missing out if you come here make it your last resort.

It was an amazing place and beyond amazing and friendly service. I felt so welcomed there. I bought my first bike, 2017 Kawasaki 300. They really held me down and especially Arnold, he was real cool and friendly and helped me out with all my concerns. Would definitely recommend and go back
