Great Neck Nissan

Talk about quality service. I had been shopping for 2 weeks for the perfect car and had my mind set on the 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve. After speaking to numerous brokers and dealers I wound up purchasing the Armada from Great Neck Nissan. I worked with Isaiah and Sal. From someone who is in the service business, these guys went so far above and beyond that I was thoroughly impressed. Besides getting the best price and the best service which is important, the deciding factor was how comfortable they made me feel. Additionally, they stayed late past closing to help me out. I rarely find service like this anymore especially on my recent journey of purchasing a new vehicle, one of the larger purchases in my life. This will be a lasting experience and if you are in need of a new vehicle you must, must, must give the team here an opportunity to earn your business. It will be worth it!

Would not even give 1 star... shady shady dealings. From the salesman all the way to the finance department. Stick you with fees never disclosed prior to signing contract.. all smiles just to get you to buy a car..watch out for their lies and their hidden costs!!!!

Place is top notch. Helped in a desperate time to get out of my Q50 lease that was almost over in miles with 8 months to go and into a brand new Rogue, fully loaded, with a lower payment. Brian and Jeff were very courteous and treated us like real people. No pushy sales pitches here either. Sal runs a great dealership. They have earned my business for life whenever I need a Nissan.

Needed my Nissan pathfinder fixed. Spoke with Richie told me that I needed some parts. These were unavailable due to a nationwide backorder. Gave me a solution to try and expedite my problem. He was extremely courteous and attentive to my needs. He's a real gem. If I owned my own business I would steal him away and hire him in a heartbeat. Great person, great personality and made me feel like a person not just another body with a problem. Tremendous asset to great neck Nissan.

Great respectful people. Andrew was my sales guy and he was very honest from first visit. For sure i recommend this dealership.
