Brooks & Browns Bar & Grill

This was the first time I have ever not tipped at a restaurant in almost 30 years of living. This place gets three stars because the chicken strips tasted fine. The portions, however, were measly. The chips that came with it (I ordered fries and not chips, by the way) were bland and overcooked. The staff seemed overworked and unable to address our concerns, which not only meant that we were unable order in the first 25 minutes of waiting, but also did not have the chance to correct my order. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry, I do feel somewhat guilty for not tipping, but I can't justify paying a tip on top of the full price of the item, which i should not have had to pay in the first place for a mistaken order.

The staff was very nice. The food was not, with the exception of the brownie sundae which was delicious (but not cheap). Roomy with some gambling machines in the back corner if that's your thing. I probably wouldn't recommend this place unless you're staying at the hotel and don't feel like leaving. I have been told their food can be good... Maybe we just picked the wrong day to eat here.

There Alfredo Penne pasta, was abosolutly my favorite meal of my whole time spent in Missoula. I'm a big foodie from Co. And I was very pleased with the fantastic food, and the awsome service That I recived. And the Bartender Sadie, makes the best home made rita I have ever had. I gladly give this one 5 stars.

Went to wash my hands and the bathroom water was way too cold. No hot water
