Nice store to spend time browsing/shopping while waiting for a flight.
I used to go to a Sharper image store Which was on par with brookstone but the brick stone here in Salt Lake City is in I airport behind the security and not accessible less if you have a boarding pass. I never got into the store because I went just to go to brookstone in the airport expecting it to be accessible to the general public. As a matter of fact I just flew out of the airport and decided not to go into Brookstone simply because I won't support a store that is so limited in access. I used to buy a few things a year at the brookstone in Reno because it was opened to the public in the mall.
Worst encounter with I’ve ever had with a Brookstone. I came in asking a question about a return policy another Brookstone location had discussed with me in past and immediately this lady comes barking how stupid I am for asking about a return. I’ll be sure to avoid doing business at this location again and discouraging others to do so as well. Surprised the clerk is even employed.
Very nice pair employees are sweet. It's just the prices are ridiculous. I suggest packing what you need before going to airport and having to purchase it at a highly inflated price, then again it is an airport.
Charging cords priced at $24.99 with a sticker. Guy scans it and tries to tell me it’s $34.99. He’s a thief. Totally broke consumer law. Don’t shop here.
Great luggage and lots of fun things to Purchase.
Great store. Concierge unpackaging. Yoko was very understanding with an unusual return I had.
Super nice staff and great selection of products. Love checking out all they have available.
Great place to shop for random and different things. Good gift ideas.
