ZAGG at City Creek

Great Customer Service! I’ve been there 4 or 5 times over the last few years to get screen protectors for my iPhones, and every single time, I receive excellent service. Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t live downtown, but I will go back to the City Creek ZAGG store every time.

Box says you are able to replace the screen protector as long as you own the phone. But each time is eight dollars.

Very meticulous about placing the screen protector perfectly. Triple checked that no debris or even fibers from the cleaning cloth were on screen before placement. Great service.

I recently got a new phone and had the screen protector installed at the phone location. In two weeks it came off so I went to ZAGG to get it replaced and they did it fast and efficient. I wish I would have come here in the first place. Great job!

Staff was polite. Greeted me as soon as I arrived. My Apple Watch screen bubbled after being recently placed and the staff assisted with replacement and provided a tool for me to continue to use if bubbles re-emerge.

The guys in store went above and beyond to show me many options for a case on our new IPhones. Made me feel very secure having my new phone have full protection with case and screen protector applied by the professionals. Love their products!!!

The young man who helped me twice today was incredible. Not only was he quick and efficient, but on one of my devices he went the extra mile to help me make a case I had purchased elsewhere work with my phone. Great job!
