Brookwood Inn

I'm only giving it a 2 because of the area. The staff is professional, and likable. The security/ janitor shouldn't be allowed to talk to guest inappropriately. Be wise to fire him quickly!! But all in all enjoyed my stay.

Pretty decent stay. Good location near major hwys. Not great experience with housekeeping procedures. You have to wait half the day to get towels and wash clothes.

Very nice place to stay? The people there is very polite and friendly to. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a place to stay for the night or two

The staff are pretty good and for just staying after a long drive, not bad.

Honestly this place is in a bad area. You hear cops and ambulance all day and night long. Ive also noticed that they dont wash the big blanket on the bed only the sheets.

Hotel being used to home the homeless and those evicted due to covid and losing homes. Would not recommend for families traveling. Security patrolling but lots of shady people walking around cars, drinking in public areas. People asking for money Not a safe area.
