Brownlee Jewelers

Moved to NC from Pennsylvania. Finding a competent, trustworthy jeweler is a scary prospect. Got a positive recommendation for Brownlee Jewelers for wedding ring set cleaning. From walking in then leaving with purchases, to boot, it was a heart-warming experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. My rings were cleaned in short order — which is the scary part once they are out of your sight. My diamonds aren’t huge but the main setting is a near perfect diamond so I worry. Highly recommend them. I visited the Arboretum location.

The Arboretum is our go to for just about everything! I've noticed lately that the landscaping has gotten much neater looking. I noted other improvements to signage which is very important for such a large shopping center. Brownlee is a great asset to the shopping center! It's become my favorite jewelry store. I live only five minutes from the Arboretum so shopping is convenient!

I would highly recommend Brownlee Jewelers for any jewelry purchase or repair. We just moved to the area and they were recommended to me. I needed to have my mother’s ring resized and I ask them to clean my wedding rings while I was there. They were very kind and also inspected the ring and discovered several prongs holding my diamond were broken and my ring was broken. I have been married 54 years and obviously would have been very upset to loose my diamond. I appreciate their being so thorough. They were very timely, reasonable, and professional with all the repairs. I feel very competent in recommending them. Donna

Today I took a turquoise stone watch band in for repairs for a loose stone. Jun was so friendly and took care of me immediately, and repair was perfectly executed! Highly recommend this store, and specifically Jun for her exceptional service!

Jun Deen is a wonderful clerk. Always helpful & once successfully had my Cartier watch repaired successfully after others has said it couldn't be fixed. KEEP HER.

I came in looking for a ring, and met Jun. She was so nice and polite, they let me look around and even offered idea's. I saw a diamond earring and since I had lost my old one, well... The price was right, and my birthday present had arrived. Todd the manager knocked off a couple bucks and that really meant a lot. So thanks Jun and Todd. Took my diamond necklace in today to see if the jammed clasp could be fixed. I am happy to report that it was an easy fix and the service was complimentary. I will be back!!!
