I would give less stars if I could. I have had roach problems since July, and a mouse/rat problem since September. I have called 4 times and no one, not even the super has come to inspect the problem.

Took them over a week to fix my dishwasher and visited multiple times to report that it had been fixed while still broken

this company has a very attentive staff special Adrian he is pretty helpfull

Brownstone management specifically Adrian and Shazad have been very helpful with any maintenance request. They are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
