The way the doctor put down our family cat was borderline inhuman. I’ll spare you the details because it makes me sick thinking about it. This place needs to be shut down. Absolutely disgusting

We love bringing our dog here they are great and so loving to all the animals they look after. Our dog just love's this place she is so happy to go see everyone there. All we have to say is time to go and see the vets and she is barking happily at our front door waiting to go.

They have been GREAT!!! One animal hospital we are happy we found and close to home. Only been there a few times but have had a positive experience each time. Pricing for services and meds didn't "break the bank" so to speak. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. We are quite comfortable bringing our family pets to Brownstone Animal Hospital. Thank you

Its a small vet office but the staff are all very nice and professional. We will continue bringing our dogs here. Definitely recommend for anyone living in the Brownstown/ Ephrata area!

They are very friendly here and they can get you in and out quick. The vets seem to know what they're doing.

The staff is nice. The doctor not so much. I was okay with that until it came time to put my dog down. His lack of compassion and refusal to do what needed to be done because it was his last appointment on Saturday was the last straw for us. Sim was a member of our family. Watching her in that pain was unbearable. She was so bad she couldn’t even go outside, she would pee where she lay. My moms vet and staff came in on a Sunday their day off to euthanize her. I want that type of compassion from my vet. We will never use Brownstown.

Awesome vet and staff! Very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My dog is elderly and has various health issues so finding a good vet that not only listened to my concerns, but also gave sound advice was refreshing! I would highly recommend this practice. Prices are reasonable and staff very friendly!!!!

I'm from North Dakota. I needed my dog groomed because he travels with me all over the United States and it had been a while. They accommodated great place, great people amazing service!
