Bruegger's Bagels

2nd time at this location everything about this location is awesome except the restroom; one of the room didn't have any toilet papers or paper towels could have been better. Well be visiting quite often for drinks and dine in. Can get super busy around 9AM but later it mellow down as well for seating its not that busy you can find many table open for your convenience.

When using a drive-thru you expect that you food is prepared and ready to eat. I have never been to a bagel shop and had to put on my own cream cheese! I understand with staffing shortage but please take the 20 seconds to put on the cream cheese instead of giving little cream cheese cups and knives. Also the bagels were not individually wrapped. Really disappointed and will not come back.

very fast service! the seasonal pumpkin drinks are great! highly recommend the chicken chorizo burrito also!

Went there on break. It wasn’t very busy, only one order ahead of me. I watched them take the woman’s order while I sat there for 7 minutes after that. They then told me they didn’t have the item I wanted. The least they could do was say hey it’s gonna be a minute instead I was ignored. Starbucks, Could never.

I mean, it's Caribou... expect good and friendly service, delicious drinks, and consistency across-the-board.Food: 5/5

Ordered a sandwich, came out like a horror movie. Respect your customers and please show love to your food when giving out. We are not savages out here. Treat customers as if your treating your family.

Went through the drive thru this morning before work and got a breakfast sandwich, the meat was still cold and the cheese not even melted.

Caribou is better than Starbucks. That's not saying much, but it's consistent. No GREAT cup of coffee will ever come from an automatic espresso machine. Caribou should consider going back to its roots. In trends of whole bean coffee.... it's great. However... They didn't have the coffee I wanted when I stopped in at this location.

Love getting cinnamon sugar bagels with strawberry cream cheese but their c&s bagels were super different and extremely messy. On the other hand, this is a suuuper clean eating area. I love how chill the atmosphere is and their customer service and baristas are extremely kind and friendly. I am not a coffee drinker. I get white hot chocolate with a shot of peppermint and white chocolate shavings on top of the whip cream. It’s to die for. Amazing. So tasty. Caribou coffee is the only coffee house that can make that drink right. If I could give them 4 1/2 stars I would. I would give 5 stars if I actually drank coffee and could rate on what people actually go there for.

Waited in the drive through for a good minute and was ignored even after I pulled up to the window. I proceeded to park and try to walk in say as to I had 2 hours before they were supposed to actually close. Once I walked in I stood there while people just ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t there, until I asked someone if they could help me, and told me they were closed in a rude tone.
