I love me my Caribous! Today, I had the fortune of my Mint Condition Mocha done by Britt...again Thank you! This place is lively and homey. sometimes, I'm entertained by the debates among the elderly regarding their 1900s chit chat, it's cute.Food: 5/5

3 degree snowy day got harrassed by a woman working in the parking lot. I’m disabled elderly and parked near the store. I went in anyway and she started in on me again in the store for talking to employees. I’m really astounded that this women would not stop yelling and ordering me around. I won’t go to that shop again. I think she may be the owner or manager. She was white and all other employees were diverse. Very strange behavior

I was really looking forward for a good bagel from caribou and the last two I have gone never have them. It's ridiculous and always ruins my day. I was even going to get a hot apple blast to add with my bagel and of course I didn't get that, what a waste. I always thought caribou was better then Starbucks but I might change my mind

There were two employees who were handling a high volume of customers around early evening. They were friendly, inviting, and they were getting drinks out with minimum wait time! Good job ladies. This was on 11/25/2022. Thanks the drinks were tasty!Food: 5/5

First time here today. Very friendly staff here. Excellent coffee and adequate seating inside. Wasn’t too crowded even on a Sunday morning. I’ll continue to be a customer here. Thanks Caribou!

Very friendly service, and yummy sandwich. Diana especially went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed this morning! Dietary restrictions: Took the cheese off of the sandwich so I could have something to eat, thanks!!

Update: It has been over a week since I emailed as requested in the owner's response, and I haven't heard anything back. I've been going to this Caribou for years, and had the most surprising and negative experience this past Saturday at around 11:00AM. It was not busy -when we ordered, there was literally no one in line behind us. I ordered an iced crafted press. When I received a hot one, I kindly and politely informed the barista that made it that it was supposed to be an iced one. She said "she rang in the order as hot, so that is why I made it that way," with a tone of finality um, yes, I figured there was some sort of mix-up somewhere, which is why I informed her. Taken aback, I asked, "can I get an iced one?" She rolled her eyes /scoffed and said "yes, but it will be awhile because I have a bunch of other orders." Taken aback again and not appreciating the negative energy, I said "never mind, I'll drink this." I've never had that kind of response to a drink mistake in any other coffee shop, regardless of the chain. To top it off, this expensive drink tasted basically like a vending machine cappuccino.

The service was below zero stars. The woman at the counter VERY nasty. I plan on calling corporate on this place. Real person complaint. This may not post to keep there 5 stars up. This woman is the same woman in the other complaints. It's apparent that Caribou plans to do nothing about this women. The best action we can take is to go do business with Starbucks. She tried to make me feel wrong about something I asked for in MY drink.

Location has gone downhill. Quality of workers is bad. Used point for free drink but was charged anyway.
