With a wide selection of different drinks, additions, and desserts, this place offers something for everyone. The staff are great. They were very kind, offering suggestions and providing excellent service from order to pickup. It may be unassuming, but Tii Cup is worth a visit for a nice tea or sweet!
Always delicious, always friendly and courteous. Always quick, polite service even when busy. They are usually poppin' whenever we come in, but still always good quality service. Vegetarian options: Many Kid-friendliness: Fun items for kids to try. Good aesthetic. Parking: Plenty of site spots
Thai tea and bloody mango are my favorite and go to. Almond and chai snow is also great.
Rude employees. I found weird yellow stuff at the bottom of my cup, it made me cough over and over it felt like I had speckles of sand in my throat. I thought maybe it was powder and maybe it wasn’t mixed well but still it wouldn’t dissolve. Idk what it was but this will be my first and last time here.
Ok this has got to be my favorite boba place ever. Every single thing that I've ordered has been amazing. My two go-to drinks are the matcha thai tea with salted caramel cream a suggestion on one of the sticky notes near the register and the Creme Brulee golden milk tea. To die for! They also added two new self-service ordering screens to help the line go quicker. My only complaint is that the decor is lacking and it would be nice if they added a couple tables and chairs for people to hang out. But if you want some delicious milk tea, this is the place to go!
Good tea shop... when boba is in stock. Imho it's unacceptable to "run out of boba". This is one of the main products this restaurant serves. I've been here 4 times and twice they've been out. I'll update this review again if this changes.
Stopped in recently to get some drinks and snacks with others about an hour before close. Our experience was negative due to a group of teenagers that were clearly the workers friends. The workers did and said nothing about their behavior towards other customers in the store, and were clearly more interested in having conversations with them instead of helping us out. We witnessed the group pick a fight with another couple in the store as well and the workers just watched and laughed.
Lots of great options! Among the largest variety of options I've seen in a bubble tea shop so far. Usually service is pretty fast, and they also have a kiosk option for ordering.Food: 5/5
i love this tea shop!!! the little boy with dyed hair was so kind. He helped me with my order and had so much patience.
Not gonna lie, the oolong milktea was horrible. The tea was old so it tasted so bad. Not recommend this drink at all.
