As a realtor, one of my favorite condominium building with full service, indoor parking, indoor swimming and great location.

Great building. Friendly neighbors, 24/7 doorman, indoor pool and parking, safe neighborhood, shops and restaurants in walking distance, close to PATH & bus routes, a few minutes to the Holland Tunnel.

Great place. Gym and pool is awesome. Helpful management.

Peaceful and safe community with ample parking and good apartments with all amenities like gym, barbecue , Swimming pool and Hot bath tub. Perfect distance from Indian street and Path station

Peaceful location with high security, excellent neighbors.A place very near to Newark avenue,Jsq and Path Train station.Easy Public Transportation.Enjoying much when I was there in 2017.

Convenient location from Journal Square PATH train station to New York city. Also, clean. Round the clock security.

Had a great experience there did a anniversary party and going back to do the Christmas party!

Although the servicemen are good bad maintenance especially with car parking
