Joanne Carr is not helpful and speaks down to you like you are a child. I have never spoken to anyone so belittling. I do not know why I have put up with her nonsense for so long. Nothing ever gets done on their property, I’ve lived in my apartment for 8 years and still waiting for my heater to get fixed.

No complaints about the staff but applied and was denied from renting any of their properties. How do you get denied from Jasco when the reviews are terrible? They refunded my app. fee however. I've never been evicted nor failed to pay my rent.

I called because I was interested in viewing an apartment. I work and commute and I'm not available until the evening or weekend. Was told they only do viewings till "like" around 2 and they don't work weekends. Do they not want to rent to reliable working people? No flexibility at all!
