I am a new patient doing my follow up appointment and have a good experience so far. I am happy to get started with this doctor, and will keep this a 5 star review unless something out of ordinary happens.

My main purpose was to locate a good Primary care physician after going through a nightmare with my prior Doctor. Dr. Chan has proven himself to me and although the front desk could use a little more customer kindness. There is just one up front in the early hours that’s a bit firm and rude. I just looked over it personally. Dr. Chan has his hands full with me considering I have many underlying conditions. Dr. Chan has made sure I have the proper referral and listens to my concerns.

I had an appointment on the phone and I couldn't fulfilled it because the front desk kept hanging up on me and when I got to talk to the desk receptionist, she had horrible attitude. The receptionist had a heavy asian accent and was very rude. I'll be changing Clinics very soon and hopefully anyone that is trying to get medical help please try the emergency care instead. This establishment has lost good communication and respect for people that need medical attention.

The dr himself is nice. He’s knowledgeable about his practice and asks questions. He was friendly and made jokes. The only complaint I have is the front desk ladies. Weren’t very friendly and when u call them they rush you off the phone. You can tell they don’t want to be bothered. Kind of a turn off considering you want to feel comfortable and at ease when it comes to your dr.

Doctor is nice but the front desk the Asian lady could care less about customer service. I had a chest x-ray and called to hear the results. The lady who answered my call said it came back inconclusive and that I have to wait 5 days before a referral to a pulmonologist. I asked if the xray showed anything I should be concerned with and she snapped back "inconclusive!". Then she said, if you dont hear from us in 5 days, you need to call us. I called back same lady answered the phone and asked to speak with the doctor when he was available for just a few minutes. She said she would schedule a phone call from the doctor in weeks time. I said I just need to speak with him for a few minutes. She said "Everyone just needs a few minutes" Please also note that they advertise that their office hours include a lunch break from 12 noon to 1:30. However, no one answers the phone until after 2 pm. So they have time for 2 hour lunch breaks but no time to provide a 2 minute phone call with the doctor in less than 7 days. As mentioned, the doctor is nice. But if you want professional front office service, look somewhere else.

By far the worst customer service ever they treat you very rude they said... they don't need appointment BUT!!! you have to make appointment ahead time 1st time here I have never had this problem with my Primary doctor.........this place don't care!!!

My wife and I both have Dr Brian Chan and Dr Nina Chan as our Physicians. They both are very professional and have provided both of us with consistent excellent care as well as great referrals to other great Specialists, We feel very fortunate to have them as our Doctors. A great family Practice !

Horrible place, they never care if you are on pain, they dont treat you seroi, for everything Nina Chan thinks is normal and will go by itself. I want options to resolve my health issues not to be in pain until my problems go away by itself. I was supposed to get a referral. it has been 2 months and they never call. Please don't choose this doctors i wish someone had told me that... It is always a waste of time since they never have anything soon available.

I have had Dr. Chan as my primary Doctor for years. He is very caring and never rushes when I visit the office. I am 80 years old and am picky about who is taking care of my health issues.

I googled and found Dr.Chan. When I calldd, Mrs. Chan helped me with the earliest time she had, two days after I brought my mom to see her new family doctor. Very friendly service, and as long as I arrived ahead of time, there is no waiting time.
