The front staff is friendly, courteous & professional. Dr Singh and his medical staff team are top notch. I've been going to Dr Singh since the early 90's, when he was part of Dr McMillan's medical team. When he branched out on his own and got his own practice, I followed him. Dr Singh is friendly, knowledgeable and explains your medical condition with you in detail. He then explains the steps to take for your recovery. When Dr Singh isn't available to treat you, rest assured that he has qualified assistants to fill the void, with Barbara Santa Cruz & Heidi Larsen. I like both Barbara & Heidi, but especially like Heidi. Being seen by her is like talking with a close friend, you just feel comfortable & connected.

Dr Singh made me feel seen and heard. He actually listened to my heart, lungs, as well as my concerns. He reviewed information, formulated a plan, and recommended adjustments. I appreciate that he explained why he was making these changes. After a short time my blood pressure is normal, swelling resolved, and I just physically feel better. Thank you to Dr Singh and his friendly and welcoming staff!

Inside the office is very clean, organized. The girls at the front desk are always pleasant, courteous and promptly see to the patients checking in and out. Dr. Larsen is awesome and actually listens to patients needs. I never feel like she is rushing me through my appointments. I feel like she actually cares.

I am very pleased with PA Heidi Larsen. She really makes it easy to make that all important warm and open connection with her. The front desk staff are always helpful. Great job to all!

Dr Singh is a very knowledgeable Doctor. He treats his patients well and genuinely cares. His staff is well trained and professional. Highly recommend.

Usually go to the Rancho Cucamonga location but Upland was able to get my wife in sooner. She went in for a check up and she just called me super embarrassed. She got tested for a uti and the receptionist called her up and gave her the results and told her she would need antibiotics. She said it loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear. A UTI may not be such a big deal for some but this is the first time she’s ever had this issue and was kinda bummed out about it. What happened to patient confidentiality? If management or Dr sees this, please educate your front end staff.
