Bryant Commercial Real Estate is very unprofessional. They allow there clients (Landlords) to list the square footage of a place wayyyy more than the space is. They knew I had an approved deal in Scottsdale with another real estate company, but I decided to move forward with Bryant Commercial to give them the business/deal for a space in mesa and less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to get the keys to the space I was informed WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION they didn't want to move forward with the deal by text from Joni...so unprofessional. I will not recommend this real estate company.

Opening my first storefront was so nerve racking. I spoke with a friend about my concerns in finding a commercial real estate agent that I could trust. She gave me Adrienne's number and said that she was the absolute best. I must say that she was right. Adrienne and her team helped me every step of the way in finding my new business storefront. They listened to my every word, and found the perfect place for me and my company. I don't know what I would have done without their expertise and their help.
