Bryant Commercial Real Estate is very unprofessional. They allow there clients (Landlords) to list the square footage of a place wayyyy more than the space is. They knew I had an approved deal in Scottsdale with another real estate company, but I decided to move forward with Bryant Commercial to give them the business/deal for a space in mesa and less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to get the keys to the space I was informed WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION they didn't want to move forward with the deal by text from Joni...so unprofessional. I will not recommend this real estate company.

Opening my first storefront was so nerve racking. I spoke with a friend about my concerns in finding a commercial real estate agent that I could trust. She gave me Adrienne's number and said that she was the absolute best. I must say that she was right. Adrienne and her team helped me every step of the way in finding my new business storefront.
