I was introduced to Jack last year and have had the opportunity to provide commercial flooring services for a few of his properties. As a subcontractor to Jack and Patriot Commercial, he and his team are easy to work with and always bring a very professional attitude. I have enjoyed working with Jack. Both he and his staff would be a benefit and value for any future tenant.

I have been using Jack Stein and Patriot Commercial Properties since 1997 when I rented my first commercial space on East Main in Mesa. Jack negotiated for me in my next two moves and it feels good to know that you have someone who has your back. Jack has always been helpful and took care of all of the details every time. He thought of things I had no idea we needed to cover in a lease. I would recommend Jack and his company for any real estate needs. They have been a great company to work with in the past nearly 20 years and I look forward to their involvement in my next 20 years of commercial property needs. I have to say Peter McSorley goes above and beyond my expectations...he is an amazing commercial realtor and I would recommend him and Patriot Commercial Properties to anyone in the commercial real estate market. Even better he has his CCIM credentials which gives him an upper hand in his knowledge within the commercial real estate market and separates him from almost every other commercial real estate broker/agent!

I am absolutely appalled. This has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any company. I leased a property from them and all I have gotten from this decision are headaches. They do not return phone calls. They do not communicate well with the landlord. They will take a ridiculously long amount of time in order to get anything done. You'd think that this sort of behavior comes from the agents working here, but I was very unfortunate to have had to work with the president of this joke of a company. Now my agreement with them has ended for over a month and I still have not received my security deposit back. I continue to call to let them know that I want my money, but all I receive is rude and impatient replies on the other end of the line. I was even told to "stop being such an ass" when I was speaking to the president about my concerns. I DO NOT recommend anyone to get caught up in this mess. If you want to lease, lease with someone else and spare yourselves the headache.
