Great service. Highly recommend Cutler Commercial. I have been leasing business space from them for a while now and I have experienced excellent service from all their employees every step of the way.

Cliff Cutler is the biggest liar cons people into leasing has no morals his employees are a joke. They will tell you one thing and lie through there teeth. BEWARE never do any business with this group of cons. Ask any one in the valley no brokers will show a property listed by Cutler . Big smoke blower gives big song and dance as he did with us. RUN RUN and run fast. If you are looking to have him represent your property run very far away or ask any other broker in the valley and they will tell you what a cheat and liar he is

Extremely dissatisfied with the way they treat clients and the pressure tactics used in showing properties as well as follow up with properties. Was told by the agent that I could cancel my listing if I was unhappy for any reason and no questions would be asked. The owner Cliff Cutler declined the agents offer to cancel and was less than accommodating. I would not use this organization for any reason. This company deserves a NO STAR rating but Google requires a minimal rating to post.

DJ Bean was unprofessional. Returned my phone call a week late. Declined to submit my lease offer. Hung up on me. Good luck to you.
