I would like to commend Zell Commercial RE and it's management team. We recently renewed our lease and with the help of management we were able to keep the new lease contract at a very reasonable rate and Vickie worked with the owner of our shopping center to ensure a smooth transaction. Thank you so much! Any time we have had an issue to handle, such as parking, security, bug spraying or leaky plumbing once Zell and the management team took care of it promptly. I have been in this location for many years and hope to continue to lease here from Zell Commercial Real Estate.

I have worked with Zell Commercial for a number of years. They have been fair and professional. They have always had my best interest in mind, making me feel like their own family. Zell Commercial is quick to respond and is concise with their communication. They have a strong understanding of commercial real estate laws. There is a reason they have a great reputation in the Phoenix area. Not only would I highly recommend Zell Commercial to my own family and friends but to anyone.

Vicki Kuchinskit used to work at a small Property Management company in Tempe, AZ years ago and was the most Racist person ever to work with. She was a cruel little gecko of a thing with a mean and hateful streak in her. Vicious, a bully with a stupid sign above her desk that read "Attitude is Everything" What an awful human being she was to everyone. I know she still keeps white sheets with holes in them in her house.
