Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Our extended family gathered to celebrate our daughter's Master's graduation. Great food, great ambiance. Severe disappointment when the special cake we ordered weeks prior did not appear. However, four stars for the first class way the staff took care of the situation. Genuine, and it showed. Thank you.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I've never ordered something here that hasn't been superb. Sometimes they can go a little light on the sauce but they'll bring you more if you request it. The atmosphere is relaxing and even when it's packed the waiters are generally attentive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SPICY CHICKEN RIGATONI

We went there a just over a year ago and it took over 40 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. The manager gave us a 20% off card for the next visit. We went there a couple weeks ago and they would not honor it. It would be understandable if there was an expiration date on the card, but there was not. Unfortunately the lasagne was also mushy. The server we had this time was nice and attentive, and there are some interesting decor choices but I would not return.

This place was so much fun! The restaurant is huge so pay attention when you are being seated. The spaghetti is out of this world with giant meat balls! We had cheese manicotti with mozzarella cheese bread. . . . Soooo yummy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean, you can walk through the kitchen area and even reserve the chef's table to watch your meal being prepared.

Waiter was amazing!! He was kind enough to move my group to another room knowing that there wasn't going to be enough room for all of us. He was then fired because the manager was upset that he did tell her about... it was on a Monday and the place wasn't that busy. I heard the manager YELLING at my waiter for this simple mistake. My waiter has worked here for 8 years and the manager has only worked here for 6 months, so the math. Some of my friends tried to talk to the manager to help our not lose his job, but we were all confronted with a sassy, salty, bitchy attitude(sorry for the language). I wish I could give zero stars for the terrible attitude of the manager.
