Very poor service..... I have had a washer and dryer for 6mths. Out of the 6mths I have reported the washing not working properly. After reporting this issue three times and dealing with four different people at this location because they cant keep no one finally they send another washee out. And today I come in to pay the balance to pay it off oy to be told that I have $34 in late fees. How in the HELL when i have came in here every two weeks and no one has said nothing about late fees. Thia is very bad business and poor customer service on the manager part. The thing is they do this thinking they are going to repo or pull folks stuff BUT NOT TODAY!!!! I have traded with BUDDY's for over 8 years but Charleston location is compmetely horrible....I would not referral a soul to this location. 😡😡😡

My mother and I have been customers with these people for well over 5 years. They are the WORST company to work with. The turnover rate there is ridiculous, new manger everytime you turn around. Not to mention the unauthorized charges to your card! Take your business elsewhere Rent-a-center, Aarons, but Please don't go there!

I agree with the customer who rated them 8 mos. ago. I have been paying on my acct. every week. I was told a month ago I had 209.00 left to pay out. I should have had about 100.00 left. I asked today what my balance is and I was told 343.00!! I was told if my acct was paid off in 4 mos, then that would have been all I owed. February would have been 4 mos. Never again.

Very poor service. I called to place a payment and Sean or (Shawn) took my payment. As always, you can tell he does not enjoy his job because of the nasty attitude he treats his customers. I've been poorly spoken to by Sean on several occasions except when we bough a TV from him. Sean took my payment, and as I was telling him my card number he cut me off and told me that my next payment was in two weeks. I was baffled as to how he charged my card without letting me tell him the number. Two days later, my mother called me stating that Buddies charged her and caused her to have her water bill payment bounced which added a late payment and bounced payment changed to her water bill, and her bank changed her $29 due to non sufficient funds. I called and spoke to Sean, who didn't offer any help nor refund nor apologies for what he had caused. I will be returning the TV this week as this is no way to treat customers.Terrible customer service.

Worst experience ever. Account specialist Alton is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Someone broke into my home and one of the items that was stolen was a game system that l was paying on. He told me that I was lying and that l was trying not to pay them. I also had a police report. He said on a different call that I pawned the merchandise. I would never recommend Buddy's to anyone again.
