Budget Blinds

Ordered vertical blinds from this company and when they arrived I noticed one of the rails was damaged which they have agreed to replace. But when fitting the blinds to the remaining windows the vertical blind slats rub along the window sills. I ordered the blinds by giving my recess size with a drop of 95cm as you can see in one of the photos the size I gave them is correct but customer service thinks this is acceptable. The website clearly says "we will decrease your recess size to ensure your blind fits perfectly between the opening"

My perfect fit blinds arrived in good shape beautifully, and the sizes are seamlessly fitting my windows. On the other hand, their CS as well as factory teams coordinated by Justin were just attentive and swift to address my fitting problems that really more than my expectation. Having done repeated purchases several times, certainly will come back again when needed.

Amazing blind quality and a very special thanks to the manager Lauren for going above and beyond her role to assist us in our error. This company is an online company so the owners have decided to concentrate on the quality and production line of the business so that consumers get the product at a very competitive price as when I shopped about the same quality blinds are at least 30% more elsewhere. I was quite worried after purchasing these after seeing the bad reviews on here however the delivery was super fast, ordered Thursday and received on Monday. All 4 blinds fit perfect and look so good. Can't fault anything. Not sure as to why all the bad reviews, maybe I got lucky? Definitely would purchase again though.

Ordered my wooden Venetian blinds for every room in the house last week and they literally arrived within 2 days! They're absolutely gorgeous.. okay, my blind for the French Doors doesn't go to the floor, but that's my fault not theirs... I forgot to allow for the skirtingboard! But my cat appreciates it as he wriggles underneath it so he can look out the windiw still when they're closed... I am so impressed with them, they're stunning... I can't thank you enough and have already recommended you to several of my friends.

Looking at reviews on here and the service and quality I have just received, it seems that only people with bad experiences leave reviews. I have purchased one blind for a house we are renovating and doing a room at a time. Ordered the blind and it arrived made to measure within 36 hours.. unbelievable. Opened the quality looking packing and the blind is the best quality I've seen in a long time. Easy to install with the simple instructions that I downloaded and looks great up. I have had quotes from companies to supply and install but j won't be using them. I'll be using swift and putting them in myself. Thanks for a great product and service

Delivered in very good tine and done to an excellent standard. Bella oyster Black out vertical with wand operation across a bay window. Clean fresh lines and operate smoothly and block out a decent amount of light in the sunny days.

There was initially an issue when the blinds unexpectedly went from courier back to suppliers instead of to my address; this was due to couriers damaging package from what I was told; however, communication was good and in fairness they were patient and explanatory in giving me updates and info. I received my order very soon after the mishap and after easy installation, I am more than pleased. The blinds fitted perfectly and look great. Measurements were spot on and I would use the company again.
