Simply Shades should be renamed to Simply The Best!! Steve has done a lot of work for me over the years and his products and service just keep getting better and better each time! The blinds he installed almost 15 years ago still look and work like the ones he recently installed. His roller shades are awesome as well...each one is made-to-order by Steve. Every time I've had an issue or a question, no matter how small or ridiculous, Steve has assisted me with the utmost professionalism. His customer service is top notch, and he always greets you with a smile....it's no wonder his customers keep returning! Thank you, Steve!!

Have been dealing with this company for years. Had a problem with a blind after several years and called Steve to see about a repair and expected cost. He called me back and told me I'm all set. When I asked about the cost of the repair he said he got me a brand new blind and NO CHARGE! Who else does this? Can't say enough about this business. Truly awesome!
