The drop off is a freaking joke they make you drive down a never ended parking lot. Lug all your stuff up the building to drop your keys to the office. Instead of having someone down there to collect keys. Don't do it.

Avoid! Scam artists! Keep all receipts and record all conversations. They will add extra charges to your card.

Very poor service the woman who runs the place is very rude and demanding also will never rent from here ever again
