Budget Rent A Car System

Worst location ever. I’ve rented from Budget dozens of times with no issues until I encountered this location. They gave me a car that reeked of weed and took days to get the smell out. On top of that, the tire pressure service indicator was on the whole time - they told me to just ignore it? How unprofessional! They also tacked on every single possible charge once I returned! In all my years renting with Budget, I have never had any additional charges. They even charged me for gas even though I filled the tank literally right next door there are gas stations surrounding. Stay away from this sexist, rude establishment. Will never be returning.

The ease of renting on online and modifying reservations, is probably why I have continue to book with Budget. But the overall rental experience is very basic. Do not expect Employees at the W. Washington location to go out of their way.

Will never rent from them again. Booked through Priceline and has been nothing but a headache. The car has been returned for a week and they are still holding a large sum of money. Tiered of being passed around the customer support line and not getting my money returned. Their mistake could of cost me my whole trip had I not had other means to use.

I’ve been a Budget costumer for more than 2 years with up to 10 months straight rental! During this time I dealt with many Budget’s agents, but my experience with Mr.Kevin was super great! He maid my 10 days rental so easy in term of check in, extensiondon’t even needed to call him, and check out was just amazing! Budget does not need my review because it’s already has the market but this was my statement from this experience!

This place on West Washington Street saved our bacon, the airport counter let us down and referred us to this place. Good call on the counter persons part. We don't have a credit card on purpose. The airport accepted our debit to the tune of 700.00$ when we got to the counter, they said we won't let you have a car because you don't have a credit card. Nathan was over the top 110%on board in getting us taken care of. Too bad there are only five stars available. Many thanks to Nathan at West Washington Street Budget rentals.

Made a reservation months ago for an SUV, came in and they wanted to give us a compact car. SERIOUSLY?! Months in advance and we don’t have the car we reserved? Will never use Budget ever again.

This rental car location has the worst rules ever. I can not leave my own personal car for 24 hrs while I use their vehicle. Want everybody to know this mistake I made using this location. Since now my trip is on pause until I can find another driver. Kevin, Avis, and Budget. I guess it's ok for kids to be hanging out too.

Horrible customer service by the supervisor Jonathan he didn’t listen just kept talking over me making me seem like I was lying. Did not even want to complete a pull call request that I asked for because he felt he was right.

This Budget has great service! There usually is no wait and there is a good selection of rentals.

I reserved a car 2 weeks ago for my trip on 6/16. I got a text today saying that they don't have any more cars. So unprofessional! What is the purpose of a reservation it you don't honor it. This is a huge inconvenience! This will not happen to me again with Budget.
