Budget Truck Rental

Frustrating. Time consuming. Price playing.

I was recently stuck on the highway going up to Maine. I called a bunch of other truck rental places and budget had the best price. Of course the major problem was that since it was the 4th of July weekend the place I was supposed to rent a truck from was closed. After talking to Budget on their 1-800 number they told me a manager would contact me within 2 hours. Of course that was unacceptable. So I called around and found these guys not more than two miles down the road. Not only did they honor my original agreement with budget but they helped me out and rented me a truck within 10 minutes. That is great customer service

Couldn't carry out my order. The truck is packed and sitting in the driveway and cannot find a tow trailer in the entire Ct to get me one to tow my vehicle. I have to get on the phone trying to make these connection.

They don't open when they say they do, terrible service!

trucks are just ok, i use them when i cant get a better one
