I had a great experience with them. Went from new Britain to Middletown and back. Price was a bit high but I guess they all are. Plan to use them again next weekend so I can move to 'good' part of new Britain

Run away from this location! I have never took the time to fill a rating in my life but the owner operator "Ed" inspired me to. I have never met a more unprofessional, unethical franchise owner in my life! A liar. He charged me $15 for a cleaning of my vehicle, when for a certainty I knew it was clean. He was rude and refused to listen to me over the phone when I called for an explanation. He dared me to give him 1/4 stars and told me to take my business elsewhere. Go to Corbin Ave. they are great! I've never had a problem. Run!
