Budget Truck Rental

Do not use this place! We booked a truck to move on a very short timeline a month in advance. We showed up this morning and they have no truck available. They gave it away to someone else. We are now left scrambling trying to find a truck from other places. Completely unprofessional. Update: they also tried to charge my card $75 for a no show - unreal!

Got in on my way out vacation Here I come

Extra charges and very dirty car. Avoid at all costs. I picked up a Premium car here 36 minutes before my due pick up time of 11am. I asked if I could drop it back at 11am the next day without any extra charge and was told it would not be a problem. Now I have been charged an extra $140 for an extra 35 minutes of rental. Do not trust this company. The car was very dirty like other customers have mentioned and was far from a Premium car. Never again will I make the mistake of renting with Budget and Avis.

As medical travelers we depend on services most people dont use and need those services in order to do our jobs to help patients in different communities. Worst service I every had. Management and staff are very rude. I was overcharge and a month later charged again. Got the run around to get my money back. I don't recommend this hole in a wall to anyone.

I love budget n it's workers at this location they have always been nice and very considerate to me. If I ever was waiting they always acknowledged me and apologized. Always rent from here

Awful car I rented from there as it smelled like smoke and was never cleaned. Never again will I rent from them. Best part was that I returned it and they turned around and gave it to the guy next to me. They didn’t even clean the car before passing it along. Breaks were awful.

They are unprofessional, not organized, I placed my reservation over the phone by the time I got there to pick up a moving truck. They didn’t have a moving truck available!! In which it is unacceptable!!!! I had to go to Uhaul to get a moving truck instead. In which it’s inconvenience for me and my movers. Top of that they want to charged me for no show. I’m still waiting on refund as they claim they would be doing so. I would never deal with Budget Rental again.

DO NOT TRY TO RESERVE A MOVING TRUCK HERE. I made an online reservation 10 days in advance to ensure enough time to make sure we had a truck avaliable for our move. We show up on the day and time we had our reservation we got about 10 emails from Budget to confirm our reservation and to ask if we needed movers. We show up and the man behind the counter says "We don't have your truck. Call us later and maybe it'll be here, maybe it won't. Maybe try Niagara Falls or Orchard Park *shrug*." Meanwhile, I have movers reserved and waiting on both ends. The customer service at this location was appalling, they couldn't have given less of a damn to make sure we could get a truck when we needed it. So we had to scramble at the last minute to get a Uhaul and pay nearly double. Thanks for nothing. Stick to Uhaul, at least they're reliable.

I go to the one on Main St. all the time and it's usually pretty quick. I'm in and out. I also get great customer service. I would recommend this company and especially this location.
