First time yes I got a very nice trip with budget truck. Wow I referred my best friend it was a nitemare all the ways.

Great prices, excellent service and saved the day with securing a truck when other locations were not able to. Highly recommended.

Employees were not helpful and seemed to not take an interest. About one hour on the freeway, the rear left wheel of the car carrier was completely flat. Who knows if they even did an inspection of the truck and car carrier. Customer service is horrible, and one dispatcher hung up on me when I was explaining what happened.

Cheap prices and reliable transportation options

The person who runs this location is awful to deal with yet Budget does nothing about it. Shame on her for her lousy condescending attitude and shame on Budget for not doing anything about it. They are losing business because of her.
