Very convenient location, and Stephanie was very helpful and personable. She was able to find a unit that accommodated my motorcycle and went out of her way to make sure all of my needs were met.
I think this is a good storage place and it's at a great location very convenient to my house. I'm giving four stars instead of five because the rates crept up so fast I was forced to lose a lot of things to get into a smaller unit. It wasn't until I had to move everything that I realized there were some pests bigger than bugs that weren't paying rent in the storage unit that they were occupying with my family's belongings. I know that this is a really hard thing to control with outside storage spaces, especially if the office didn't know of the problem in the first place. The new office staff have been really great and very helpful and I understand that pricing really isn't in their control thank you so much I appreciate all of the help!
Stephanie was absolutely wonderful and helped my boyfriend and I find a unit that worked for us. She was so friendly and had no problem walking us around to show us different size options despite it being 90 degrees out!. You could just tell she loves what she does and made the experience so easy and comfortable! Thank you Stephanie!!
Just got my storage unit in Feb. By June the price has doubled to over $115 for a 5x15 unit. With no climate control. No warning about rate increase, they claim they sent a notice but I never got one. Which is crazy since they could have pushed a notification through the app. Just gave them my move out date and found a climate controlled unit for $12 less per month. What a joke these clowns are.
Anika customer service was profound it was a pleasure working with her. She has amazing problem solving skills and was a great help. Such a stressful process made smooth because of her! Thank you once again Anika.

Crappy management. Always raising prices. They have a HUGE rat and mouse problem. They didn’t seem to care to much about it. Found rat poison in my unit that I never put there. Got an excuse as to how it got there. All my stuff was covered and mouse pee and poop. Will never be back here or give my business to this company ever again.
A "BIG" Shout Out to Anika for being so kind and helpful to me. I was attempting to move my items from a large unit into a smaller unit and she noticed that I was doing it alone. Without hesitation she jumped right in to help me...without her I couldn't have done it. Thanks again Anika, you were my savior that day.
