This was my third time for take out and it was the last. The orders have never been complete and the timing has never been accurate. When I showed up on-time, the orders weren't ready. Tonight, I showed up early and the order was already on the rack. It was barely warm, so I have no idea when it was actually ready. In addition, they did not include the ranch dressing or vegetables. I'm not sure how they could mess up every order they have been given. They could definitely use some quality assurance.

Awesome place to have a fun dinner with friends and fam. Definitely would recommend the bogo Thursdays Parking: just in front of main entrance

The food was frankly not very good. Our waitress was very nice and just the right amount of attentive but the food just wasn't doing it. Both the fries and chicken were limp and unappetizing. The cheese curd appetizer was great though.Food: 2/5

I don't know what I could say that is good about this place anymore. Short staffed, waited forever for bar drinks, the pizza was so spicy we couldn't even taste anything else. We tried to eat it anyway because no one came to check on us. Drinks were right kind but not made correct. Waited forever for food, it came cold, more sauce on it than anything, not cut all the way. The poor kid was running circles. Over all we will not be back!

Had plenty of staff. Ording took forever and never any table service to see if wanted anything. Food cold and also over cooked. Little scary if was just precooked and waiting on to serve in a pinch. Sorry kids should have good service as well. Not just putting a hold on food to get rid of

Awful. We were a family of 4 here and the chicken wings came cold, the cheeseburger for by 4 year old was still very pink, my other daughters food was fine. The 4th persons food came out nearly 20 minutes after everyone else was already done eating. I took one bite and it was cold so I let them know. They sent the manager over and he told me there was no way it was cold when he was standing there when they made it. So I handed it to him. He offered to make a fresh one. So I said yes then tried charging us for both even though the other one was handed back. Buffalo Wild Wings is a favorite of our families but this is the second time we’ve been to the Ames location and it was terrible!

Well, we were a group of six went there at 10 pm or something. The waiter got our orders and brought our food each at different timeline, so basically, as we wanted to eat all together, the food got cold for some of us. The waiter said he was tired and that’s why his service is not good enough. We were all unsatisfied.

Came in here at 9ish. Only a couple of people in here. Got our food super quick and it was very good. Our waitress was extremely nice and very attentive. Great experience!!

I'm seeing a trend here. This will sound familar. Missing product on a delivery order, after like ten minutes on the phone with I can only assume a newbie with the super polite poor knowledge, and then told to contact the delivery company for a refund! #1 I ordered 2 meals, meaning, to break down the price to get refunded for the 2 missing sides would be a waste of time I wouldn't be spending in the 1st place had they did their job correctly. #2 You, Bdubs/wild burger/wth? YOU messed up, you should be on the fricken horn trying to make this right! Instead you are treating us, the customers, who are paying insane $ to try something different for dinner, on payday, after a 55 hour week, as a single mom with her boys as if we're a problem! So Roni who checked my order for accuracy, plz do better, to bdubs in general, ur in trouble if u keep going down this road..the power of 1 complaint can hurt you, I see there were more before mine...
