We don't have this chain of restaurants in my neck of the woods, and watching NFL Network we were brainwashed to come here. That, and two for one boneless wings on Thursdays. It's a sports bar, with all the good and bad that goes with it. Cheesy decor? Yes. Loud, obnoxious clients? Of course. But we were surprised by the beer selection, and frankly the wings were good, with the lemon pepper rub and jalapeno sauce being our favorite. Our waitress was nice, friendly and helpful, she steered us through the menu, keeping us clear away from the lemon pepper sauce - she did bring us a taster, and yikes! Price was good too!
The food was good.Love the choice you get the the Sauces for the wings. The pulled pork sandwich was greasy but good. The fried chicken sandwich was on point. The chicken rap was crunchy and delicious.
Though this location is short staffed, we were seated relatively quickly and our food came out even quicker! One of our group didn't like his wing sauce choice, so our server happily comped the food and we ordered something he liked better. Reasonable prices too!
Food is expensive considering the mediocre quality but the real issue is the service. We sat at the bar and the bartender seemed annoyed by our presence, was actively short with my wife. Meanwhile she was super chatty and friendly with the group of old guys next to us. Good way to ensure we don't come back.
Edit as of summer 2022. Used to be 5 stars. The chicken is now terrible and shriveled. Not sure what happened but I don't plan on coming back for a very long time. Used to be my favorite chicken tenders but now even MacDonald's has better chicken.
After several wonderful experiences with this chain in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, I was excited to be able to find one in my home state today! Unfortunately, my experience today was abysmal. I’m never one to complain, consistently tip generously, and in all honesty this is the first negative review I’ve ever made. It was THAT bad. Despite having only six other tables in the entire restaurant occupied, and no one at the bar, and three waitstaff as well as a hostess, our service was horrendously slow. It’d be one thing if they were slammed which happens, but that they weren’t. When our wings finally came, they were cold and soggy and came out with the meal despite asking for them as an appetizer. We also ordered a burger, done medium. It also came out cold, very well done, and honestly had the oddest flavor that I’ve ever tasted from a burger. The chicken caesar salad my niece ordered was full of gristley chicken and the greens contained a ridiculous amount of romain rib, which unto itself isn’t a huge deal but it had already turned brown. We left most of what we ordered on our plates. Our server acted as if he was put out to have to attend to us, and was very unfriendly even when my party and I tried to be friendly and engaging with him. He came to our table exactly three times: to take our order, to bring our food, and to bring the check. For a $124.00 lunch for three people, that experience is just unacceptable in my book. The only good thing about the entire experience was the music they had on! I'm really hoping that it was a fluke, as it's not in line with any other Wild Wings experiences I've ever had.
I placed an order at 6:00, was told it would be ready at 6:30. My order came out at 7! Food was cold, mozzarella sticks were hard, I got salsa I read of marinara, didn’t get the 5.00 soda I paid for, and for all of this dis satisfaction, it cost me a mere $85.00 which included a tip that they automatically add in! Bye bye B dubs! I mean B duds!
Solid Buffalo Wild Wings. I like to sit on the outside patio if you re able to during the summer months. Very friendly staff. Basic menu you know what you are getting into. I recommend it for a quick bite.
The online order stated the food would be ready at 9:10 for pickup. The slip on our bag said 8:47. This implies the reason my familys food was cold to the touch was it sat in a bag for close to a half hour. The restaurant had our phone number on the order and would have been able to call. Mind you there was one table occupied, they were not busy. Food was edible which is why the extra star is there however for almost 50 bucks i expected hot food. Lastly dont sell vermonter "cheddar cheese curds" when its really mozzarella, what the heck is wrong with you.
The prices are OUTRAGEOUS. The drink menu doesn’t even have prices but a bloody mary will run you $10, 6 wings is like $15.. I was stunned. Such a bummer because I go to BWW in fairfield county CT one of the richest counties in the country and pay half that.
