I had the Nachos and added chicken. They were delicious and filling. My daughter ordered the 30 piece wings. Our waitress was quick to take out order and deliver it to us and the bill! Sadly I had asked her for hot sauce for my Nachos which I believe are supposed to come with salsa and didn't. She walked past us three times without checking in on us or ever bringing me my hot sauce. So I had to go ask another waitress for some and she also refilled my daughter's drink. Our waitress did return to give me the bill. She only got a tip because I had to pay her and I didn't feel like waiting around for her to show up. I try to pay elsewhere but was told that I had to pay my waitress. When I went back to the table they were already cleaning it off. So I left the bill and cash there. Unfortunately I didn't have exact change. I don't think that she deserved over $5.50 tip!

Such horrible costumer services, my wings were dry and there excuse was “the sauce is thick ask for extra sauce next time” I shouldnt have to ask because they should all be evenly coated.I went back a 2nd time and asked for extra sauce and they literally gave me sauce soup just to make me mad. WINGSTOP WILL ALWAYS BE BETTER THEN BUFFALO.

Our order was supposed to be ready at 9. We got there at 9 10 and the lady at the counter said that she couldn’t find our order. We had to wait for them to do our orders. I didn’t mind waiting a little while but then I opened the fried pickles, which are almost $11, and there were hardly any and they were cold and soggy. Really disappointed.

I come here on Thursday’s mainly for their deal on boneless wings. That’s probably the only time you should visit BWW, IMO.  The quality of the wings itself has been such a hit or miss in the last few years. And they mix up the order every so often as well.

If I could give a 0, I definitely would. Was seated, and no server bothered to greet us for 40 minutes. Finally, someone greeted us and food came back to us cold. None of the servers bothered to check on us, and we have been sitting well over 2 hours. As we were finishing up eating, it took a good 30 minutes before someone would even bother to look our way to get the check. Do not recommend this place.

Great food, great service. Food came out fast. As you can see there is a lot of food. Atmosphere was awesome. And very clean.

Last night, I went to dinner with five friends. The receptionist was very unfriendly. Obviously, other people sat in booth but didn't let us sit. Unexpectedly, they let us sit against the wall. Is it because we are Asian? Then we asked the waiter if we can sit in booth? The waiter agreed to sit in booth. The food and service are good, so I gave it 2 stars, but we shouldn't come again

Giving 5 stars cause of the service! I ordered ultimate nachos... and it was less then underwhelming. Felt bad about saying something, but the server was so amazing and nice! She offered to fix and let me tell you THAT IS WHAT SHE DID! came back with the best actually ULTIMATE nachos . Definitely gave a big tip! She deserves it!Food: 3/5

I order 30 wings, I got my first 15 wings correctly. For the second one I only got 8 of them. I order salt and vinegar and medium. I only got my 8 wings of medium. When I got home that’s when I realized the order wasn’t complete. Call to get a refund the manager from that restaurant said I was going to get a refund on Monday. Monday past still no refund. I wasn’t going to drive back took me and hour to get there.

Second time in a row I have ordered from this store for pick up. Both times the orders have been completely messed up. This time I ordered 10 piece bone in wings and 10 piece boneless wings. I got a 5 piece boneless and a 10 piece boneless. Receipt clearly states my order correctly. Don’t order take out from this store ever.
