Building on Bond is one of Brooklyn’s best neighborhood hangouts offering everything from coffee to cocktails.

At Building on Bond we offer a cool space, with great food and drinks. Our artfully decorated cafe is a great meeting place for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or brunch. Building on Bond occupies the ground and lower level of 108 Bond street, a turn of the century building. Our restaurant was designed, built, and is owned by Hecho Inc, a design and construction firm operating out of the same location.

We’re a coffee place until lunch time, and then we transition into dinner. Our menu offers fresh takes on American classics including a Chicken Cobb Sandwich and a portobello mushroom reuben on rye. The weekend brunch menu features favorites like cranberry pecan french toast, chocolate banana pancakes and the broccoli, mushroom, gruyere omelet. BoB infuses several vodkas in-house like the hot pepper infused vodka used for the "Sucker Punch" cocktail and the horseradish infused vodka which pushes the already great Bloody Mary over the top. The extensive house cocktail list is worth a visit alone. We hope to become your go to spot when you’re in Boerum Hill.
