We had been there for kid Labrador's vaccinations and checkup. Received a quick response, doctor and the staff were very cooperative. They also advised us the precautions to be taken by us and the diet for the well-being of the dog. We feel thankful..

Vaska escape the house for about 30 mins and when he return he was throwing up. I was trying to schedule an appointment at other places but Burbank was the only one that agreed to a same day appointment. Vaska is now feeling much better.

My furbaby had her teeth extracted and a cyst removed. Vet was very thorough in her pre-op exam. Next day and she is doing well.

We've brought many different pets to the office over 30 years. We have always received expert and caring service. I think the price is average.

Great experience! Dr. A took the time to help me walk through my first timer year-old dog through the whole experience. My doggo is really skittish but they offered for me to bring her back for vet practice so we can work on having a better experience. Really helpful info, and great care! Will be back soon :

They get good reviews, but when I called for an appointment, the next opening was in 2 weeks. My pet couldn't wait 2 weeks. She had pink eye. I went to Winchester, non emergency, and had an eye drops prescription in 2 1/2 hours.

Staff is really friendly, helpful and professional and Dr. Shapiro was kind and knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back. The only reason for -1 star is because they don't allow you to go in with your pet.

My latest visit was to pickup my dogs ashes in a beautiful wooden box and a tile with his paw print. The box had a metal plaque with his name on it.

Unfortunately I had to get my dog euthanized here and his experience wasn't good. My dog name was Hercules and when we brought him in, only 2 people were allowed in. When the doctor was getting ready to sedate him, Hercules was so scared and seemed very stressed out during his final moments. First they had him on the table to sedate him. It was a very uncomfortable situation because they didn't give us any blankets for him, nothing. It seemed like the doctor wanted to get it over with. Than when the doctor inserted the shot, Hercules was crying and whining so bad when he getting euthanized. I was terrified seeing him in pain when he was given the last shot... I asked the doctor if that's normal and apparently dogs will whine while being put down but Hercules was crying for 10 seconds before he actually passed. I was so upset and furious with how it went. I will NEVER come back here again and I do not recommend putting your animal down here. I'm not sure what the doctors name was, but it was an Indian man. PLEASE go somewhere else if you don't want to experience this much pain. Rip. Hercules. Also, they charge ridiculous amount of unnecessary things that your animal probably doesn't need. They just want your money.

Would select 3.5 stars if possible. My main issues with this place are: 1. Still in full COVID protocol which means you hand your pet to a vet tech and get NO face to face with the Vet. You wait outside and they call you. 2. Customers are not always served in the order they arrive. You call on arrival, get put on hold, and they don’t get back in the right order 3. They’ve gone corporate. What does this mean? Prices used to be very reasonable here. Now? Nope. Overall, I think it’s a caring vet practice. For the care alone, I would go 4+ stars, but vets did not caution me about some meds that caused complications for my pup
