I reported Cascade Community Management back in 2012. The Investigator(Reyes), said that she didn't have enough proof of wrong doing. Who watches over BOLI? They're some of the most crooked people around.

Mailed them my claim on the first week of February 2016. Called in the next week to make sure they have it. Woman calls back and says yes and that it will take time to process and wait for employer to respond to claim. Plenty of time goes by (15 days) I call to check in. They say they'll check. And call me back saying they don't know where it is. Get a call back saying they're still looking for it. I get a call back on Monday February 29 saying it just came in the mail woman says I'm delusional cause it's post marked the 25th. So what I learned from this is. Record your phone calls with boli. Write a log on the people that are supposed to be helping you. Because it felt like I was dealing with very unprofessional people on a power trip.

Horrible people, blind, & dumb as a box of rocks. A girl we had watch our kids 4 times sued us & if you want names of the girl & boli personnel involved just ask. The boli person who called herself the judge & the person representing the girl said that Lithia Motors lied about our time sheets as well as the medical company I worked for. We proved without a shadow of a doubt that she lied but BOLI is so blind & stupid that they took her side. We are now the 4th person/family Patricia Foltz has done this to. These people don't care about low income families who are living paycheck to paycheck, karma will come back to hit them in a big way. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these idiots.

Hey, what do you bureaucrats do about heavy handed officials that try to run people out of business for bogus crimes. Now I'm not a shyster, so I can see that the fine on behalf of the lesbian couple is excessive. Just pointing out the obvious as shysters and bureaucrats can't see it! Then on top of that ol' Brad tries to restrict their first amendment rights! Now, say thank you because a non shyster bureaucrat has pointed out the obvious to you!
