Burger King

Very bad service. I asked for a #2 meal. Without asking me what size or what I want to drink I was told to pull around for the total. She hands me a kid sized drink and says that's what comes with the meal. I'm 35 years old and I know what comes with a burger king meal. I asked for the manager and she snapped at me and said she was the manager. I'm very upset with the quality of service here and am going to be talking to corporate about the people working at this location. It's been 30 min and I'm still waiting outside for me food.

I didn't mind the fact that the decor here took me back to 1998, but everything in the restaurant was run-down and dirty. The soda machine had cracked buttons, and everything just had a sticky feel to it. On the plus side, the food was slightly better than I expected, and the lady at the register was friendly. I just can't get past how sketchy the building is.

This was the single worst fast food experience of my 38 years on this planet. Normally we use the drive through, but tonight we happened to go in. There was one guy waiting for his food, other than that my wife and I were the only customers inside. The lady behind the counter was yelling at the two cooks about how much she hates her job, and after a few minutes she rudely took our order then vanished for about 25 minutes. The cooks made our food and dumped it under the lights in about 2 or 3 minutes. You would think that being hungry and standing four feet away from food would be frustrating, but the roaches on the wall and counter kept me distracted. Once the cashier reappeared, she made me give her my receipt so she could figure out what I had ordered. She still found a way to give me fries instead of onion rings, but I still had the receipt handy and was able to prove myself. Once I sat down at the least disgusting table and tried to force down my half hour old burger, I discovered they had made it a single instead of the clearly marked double on the still handy receipt. Luckily, the last thing I wanted was MORE of their food so I choked it down and walked out for the last time. Never again.

Everything goes nice and smooth when the black guy with all the tattoos and dreads is there... I think he's a manager...

I go to this Burger King a lot because it’s convenient for me but after todays experience...I’m over it. There have been times that I went to the drive thru first thing in the morning and sat and waited while their food truck was there unloading while NO ONE acknowledged I was there. There have many times that I just sat there while no one says anything. I just feel as thats rude. But today took the cake...went to the drive thru again and said clearly what I wanted only for the MANAGER BRENDA to read back something totally different as if she’s just not listening) Aside from that ...I asked for a frozen lemonade, she tells me “the last time I checked the machine was on defrost and it’s closer to the dining room’ so I’m like okay?? It’s lunch time so It should be working but whatever. So I pull up to the window and asks her can she double check please and she tells me with an attitude ‘No ma’am I can’t because I’m in drive thru right now’ so I don’t say anything then I hear her tell her coworker ‘They just working me to death’ very unprofessional
